Effective September 15, 2026
DigitalAlpha LLC operates digitalalpha.digital. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
This website uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, and no third-party cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. There is nothing to opt out of.
Information you send us. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, and message you provide. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Technical information from your visit. Our hosting provider records standard server request logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. These logs exist to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you not send it to us through the contact form.
We do not use the information you send us to add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it. Those categories are website hosting, email and productivity services, and, where relevant to an engagement, cloud infrastructure providers. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This policy covers the website. Information we handle in the course of a client engagement is governed by the agreement with that client and by our internal information security policy, not by this page. Clients own their data, and we return or delete it at the close of an engagement as the agreement provides.
We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business dealings, and then delete them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on their standard schedule.
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We maintain a written information security policy covering access control, device encryption, and incident response, and we review it at least annually. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential information through the contact form.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dev@digitalalpha.digital and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under state privacy law; we apply the same process to every request regardless of where you are.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. Because this website does not track visitors across sites or over time, there is no tracking for such a signal to disable.
This website is directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for a reasonable period. Please check back from time to time.
